From mission needs to mission success, TRIAEM’s program management professionals work directly with customers to ensure the right solutions are built and deployed within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Our Professionals assist US Government personnel in managing portfolios consisting of billions of US dollars across a wide variety of programs supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
TRIAEM works with US International Partners across a variety of disciplines from systems engineering to procurement and acquisition activities ensuring collaborative environments are successfully implemented and maintained.
Consisting of two disciplines 1) the Technical Domain in which systems engineers operates and 2) Systems Engineering Management; TRIAEM’s expertise lies at the intersection of these disciplines. Through collaborative, enterprise-level knowledge, experience, and expertise, TRIAEM provides decision makers a level of service rarely matched.
TRIAEM’s Systems Integrators possess a thorough knowledge, paired with keen insight, into subject systems to properly integrate customer systems and architectures. TRIAEM’s engineers lead the charge in successful integration of large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions and architectures.
TRIAEM’s Systems Architects collaborate with stakeholders to define the system per a customer-defined framework. The enterprise architecture systems are documented via discrete, focused and purposed products broken down into: subsystems; components; interfaces; and information exchanges-all which are easily consumed by decision makers.
TRIAEM has assisted dozens of teams at NGA in the development of project initiations by coaching teams to determine project risk, build project plans, and create Agile sprint plans for execution. Used Human-Centered Design, Lean, Agile, SAFe, and Lean Startup methodologies to coach and consult with over 50 teams. Trained over 4,000 NGA employees in Agile methods.
TRIAEM is currently a lead driver in the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework. Our SAFe® certified professionals are key participants assisting the customer with quickly delivering user accepted features while aligning to the overall enterprise architecture.
As an ever changing and maturing discipline, TRIAEM stays on the forefront of securing our Nation’s IT infrastructure. We are currently providing technical support, engineering, architecture, testing, and Information Assurance services for DHS through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) program and in support of the National Cybersecurity Protection System (NCPS). TRIAEM’s engineers are embedded across the cyber community and stay updated on the latest cyber developments.
We research, develop, implement, test and review information security postures in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
